Patricia Pinheiro is Flight Operations Engineer and holds a Master’s in Aeronautical Maintenance Engineering from Atlântica University Institute. Passionate about diversity and inclusion in STEM, Patricia is the founder of Euroavia Oeiras, dedicated to fostering collaboration among students in the aeronautical sector. She was selected as Portugal’s representative for the Space4Women mentoring project and is a winner of the 2024 SGW Space Hackathon and Engineering Merit Award. As an APPDI Ambassador and an “Engineers for a Day” Program Ambassador, Patricia champions women in STEM through mentorship and training initiatives.
